I bought 1600 points to Microsoft, but now can only use a player label. How can I make my labels the other player can use them?

You can’t. But now you can get on a computer and buy stuff from there.
you cant share points with another gamertag. however if you purchase something like an arcade game and download it onto a console, all gamertags on that console can use it. so you dont have to worry about that
