I know a guy who has cheated me and now my friends and I want to stop and get my / your microsoft points back. (I feel pretty stupid) Is there any way possible to do this? What happened was that someone said they worked for Bungie and I would recon armor customized for 4000 Microsoft Points and take 48 hours to process, Microsoft can CANCL their membership Xbox Live?

how did he get your points? you can report him
If you gave them the number code for the points then technically it is your fault and Microsoft won’t lift a finger to help.
You could probably call microsoft at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and report him, but it might not do much good. But depending on how he scammed you(and how much damage he did) would make a difference.

The only thing you can do is complain to microsoft and keep filing complaints on his gamertag.
File a complaint for system tampering or scamming.
After a certain amount of time, microsoft will review the amount of complaints filed.
You should contact microsoft about this. As he impersonated another, this can lead to him getting into trouble, probably a ban. Not sure about your points though, you may not see them again. You should contact microsoft and let them know, who knows, maybe someone else has reported them also. I wouldn’t let this go unheard. Too many scammers and trash on Xbox live.
